Surfing lessons for beginners.
The class: teacher and student meet at Cades headquarters according to the link https://maps.app.goo.gl/8H6tAuAsREd1yN3B8. We will do a brief 10´ warm-up, after which we will analyse the sea and the waves together with the student (5´). Next we go to practice at sea (50´).
Technical surf training with filming and video analysis.
The training: coach and surfer meet at the surf spot defined for training. There is a brief analysis of the peak, waves and objectives to be achieved in the training session (10´). Next, the practical part in the water (50´). At the end we will do 20' of video analysis at Cades space or at the place where the training took place.
