Join us as we journey through Ribera del Duero, one of Spain's most exciting and beuatiful wine regions, with pickup in Madrid or close to the wineries.
You'll be accompanied by an English guide certified as a Spanish Wine Scholar who will explain the history of the region, talk about Spanish wine as a whole and immerse you in the world of Spanish wine.
We’ll accompany you to two wineries that use different vinification methods to showcase the variety of winemaking practices. We'll also accompany you to a vineyard where we'll walk you through the annual cycle of the vine and explain the various climatic and topographical factors that contribute to a Ribera wine.
The cost of lunch isn't included, but we'll happily book you a table at one of our favourite restaurants.
This is a complete day with approximately 2 hours of travel each way so please plan your evening accordingly to allow for potential traffic delays.
This tour isn't a private tour unless agreed otherwise, so you may travel with others. If others aren't on the tour, however, we'll aim to pick you up and drop you off as close to your hotel as possible.
Please note we ask people to book with 24 hours notice.
