Our Advantage: Why it’s the “Smart Choice”
✅ More Time to Explore (~4 Hours Free Time)
Why spend your whole day on a boat? Our boat is built for speed, allowing us to dock in Symi earlier than the rest. This “Express” arrival allows you to beat the mid-day crowds and secure the best seaside tables at local tavernas. With around 4 hours of free time, you can enjoy a long, leisurely seafood lunch, hike the Kali Strata, and still have time for shopping at the sponge workshops without feeling rushed.
✅ Engineered for Stability (A Smooth, No-Seasickness Ride)
One of the biggest concerns for travellers is a “bumpy” ride on open water. Our boat features a modern catamaran-style architecture that provides exceptional stability. Unlike smaller speedboats that bounce on the waves, we glide smoothly through the Aegean, making it the perfect choice for families and those prone to seasickness.
✅ Escape the Heat: Shade & Air-Conditioning
Don’t be trapped on an “open-top” boat under the scorching Mediterranean sun for over an hour. We offer the best of both worlds:
✦ Cool Down: A spacious, Air-Conditioned indoor salon with comfortable seating.
✦ Shaded Decks: If you prefer the sea breeze, our outdoor areas are fully shaded, ensuring you arrive in Symi refreshed and ready to explore—not sunburned and exhausted.
❤️ The Symi Experience: A Cultural Masterpiece.
With our High-Speed Express Boat, you aren't just visiting an island; you are immersing yourself in its history.
✦ The Amphitheatre of Colour
As we glide into the harbour of Gialos, have your camera ready. You will see rows of pastel-colored mansions rising up the hillside. This is one of the best-preserved neoclassical towns in Europe and a protected architectural site.
✦ The Heart of the Sponge Trade
Symi was once the world centre for deep-sea sponge diving. Use your extra time to visit the traditional sponge workshops along the waterfront. Meet the local experts who still use traditional methods to clean and prepare authentic sea sponges—the perfect natural souvenir.
✦ Gastronomy & The Famous Symi Shrimp
Four hours is plenty of time for a long, relaxed Greek lunch. We recommend finding a table at a waterfront taverna to try “Simiako Garidaki” (Symi Shrimp). These tiny, flavourful shrimp are unique to this island’s waters and are traditionally served fried and eaten whole.
