  • My name is Lucile, and for 11 years, I opened and managed Aux 3 P'tits Bouchons, a wine cellar and bar specialising in natural wines. Today, I come directly to your cottage, your hotel — including luxury hotels for those who want to combine elegance and discovery — or any other space of your choice.

    In a small group of 6 to 30 people, I guide you through a carefully selected selection of cuvées from committed winemakers. The level is tailored to each person: whether a curious beginner or a passionate connoisseur, each participant leaves with a fresh perspective on what's in their glass.

    I explore with you the secrets of making champagne — from the vine to the bottle — to help you understand the blends and read each bottle differently. A moment of authentic sharing.

    “Coteaux Experience”
    I guide you through a selection of 3 Coteaux that will reveal the full richness of the Champagne grape varieties. A tasting off the beaten track, for the curious and those who love authenticity.
