Experience a beach yoga class at Sutton’s Beach in Redcliffe. Choose from a variation of Hatha or Vinyasa with strength, flexibility, agility, and mobility yoga poses. On Thursdays at 6:00 AM, focus on strength and core.
Begin with a warm-up, followed by stronger postures, and end with softer postures. Enjoy a 10-minute meditation, where all you need to do is breathe and be in the moment.
Throughout the class, there’s never an obligation to do what the instructor or others are doing. Honour yourself in each moment and do what feels right for you. If you prefer to lie down or sit in one posture for a while, feel free to do so.
Children may accompany parents at no charge.
Yoga is about allowing you to find your space, health, healing, and self-acceptance. It’s not about the postures; it’s about you. Love, honour, and accept yourself and where you are.
