..The Punta Tombo Protected Natural Area hosts the largest continental colony of Magellanic Penguins in the world. Annually, penguins arrive to nest, feed, mate, raise chicks, and molt before migrating. Along interpretive trails, visitors observe penguins up close, learn about native flora, and spot local wildlife like guanacos, maras, choiques, and foxes. Upon arrival, we visit the Interpretation Centre to discover the local ecosystem and seabirds coexisting in the reserve.

Our core destination is Punta Tombo. Additional stops in Rawson and Isla Escondida are complementary experiences subject to weather, road conditions, and schedules.

Main Activity: The visit to the Punta Tombo penguin colony is the core deliverable and will proceed as scheduled.

Secondary Stops: Roads to Isla Escondida are unpaved. Due to weather, roads, or navigation schedules in Rawson, these stops may be adjusted or cancelled.

Change Guarantee: If Rawson or Isla Escondida are removed, cancelled, or modified due to weather, roads, schedules, or force majeure, travellers can always choose between accepting the proposed itinerary, rescheduling the date, or receiving a full refund (100%).
