    Breaking bones, making noodles and gyoza from scratch and assembling your own restaurant-quality ramen in an upscale contemporary restaurant in Minami Aoyama, a stone’s throw away from the scenic Meguro River.

    We have 2 broths every day, Shio Ramen and Miso Tonkotsu.

    We can cater to Vegetarians, Gluten Free, Pork Free and other dietary requirements as long as you let us know in advance!

    After our class, you'll have a completely different appreciation for Ramen!
