What you can expect

Sambor Prei Kuk temple can be found in the province next to Kampong Thom, off the beaten track, and dates back to the Pre-Angkorian Chenla Kingdom (late 6th to 9th century). King Isanavarman I founded it as the central royal sanctuary and capital, known at the time as “Isanapura,” and it is now in ruins. Sambor Prei Kuk was recognised as a Usesco World Heritage Site.

Following Spean Praptos, which had more than twenty slender arches spanning Eighty-Seven metres, it once held the record for the longest corbeled stone-arch bridge in the world. During the reign of King Jayavarman in the 12th century, the bridge was constructed. It is one of the few bridges from the Khmer Empire era to have endured to the present.

When we deliver you back to your hotel between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, our tour will be over.
