Our activities are within everyone's reach, even the less experienced, in this proposal, we will give two possibilities or basic course with a small route or for those who are already able to go SUP we will carry out a short briefing where you will learn the use and navigation with Stand Up Paddle, then we will leave for our excursion in the sea and slowly along the coast we will reach the islet of San Martino, a bit of history of the place, while we will be able to admire the beautiful view of the islands of Procida and Ischia and the wonderful coast . Arrived at the islet, swim in a small basin with flat water, after some relaxation, only in calm sea conditions, we will head towards an isolated beach, reachable only by sea, new stop and swim !!! Finally we organise the return. Event duration 2.30 / 3h Everyone will have their own equipment at their disposal: paddle, leash, a small waterproof bag, possibility of wetsuit in case of cold. You just need to bring a hat, sun cream and a little bit of goodwill.
