Guests check in at the spa reception, complete a brief health form, and sign a liability waiver. They are guided to the locker rooms to store belongings, then wait in the lounge until a staff member escorts them to a private treatment cabin. In the cabin, the ritual is explained and guests lie down on massage tables, covered with a blanket and provided with a pillow and eye mask. The session includes a guided sound meditation using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, shamanic drum, and seed percussion to support deep relaxation. After the ritual, guests are invited to enjoy the hydrotherapy area, including sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool, followed by time to rest, shower, and change. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Don't forget to bring your swimming suit if you wish to enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit. 2) Guests who are pregnant are not advised to use the hydrotherapy circuit. However, they are welcome to enjoy the sound healing ritual, as well as access to the pool and relaxation loungers. 3) This experience is for adults only (18+)
