Activity itinerary

Begin your privately guided experience with pickup from your hotel or selected location if you choose the transfer option. You will be taken to the departure point (Muyuni/Matemwe). At the departure point meet your captain, receive a short safety briefing, and board the boat for a scenic journey towards the waters surrounding Mnemba Island. Once at the snorkelling area, enter the clear Indian Ocean waters and explore vibrant coral reefs while looking for colourful tropical fish and other marine life. The crew will guide and assist you throughout the experience. During the boat trip, the captain will also look for wild dolphins. When dolphins are present and the weather, sea and safety conditions permit, you may have the opportunity to enter the water and swim nearby. As dolphins are wild animals, sightings and swimming opportunities cannot be guaranteed. After snorkelling, return by boat to the departure point. Guests who selected transfers will then be taken back to their hotel or agreed drop-off location.
