After breakfast, a local guide will meet you to begin your tour of Fez. Start with the outer parts of the old Medina, visiting the Royal Palace Gate and the 14th-century Jewish Quarter, "Mellah." Next, stop by a ceramics cooperative to witness traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. Then, explore key cultural and historical sites inside the Medina, including Bou Inania Medersa, the Blue Gate, Karaouiyine Mosque, the Big Chouara Tanneries, Medersa Seffarin, Attarin Medersa, and Neijarin Fountain.
