We'll have lunch at a restaurant on the paradise island of Pinel, a small oasis of sand and rock, totally uninhabited in the heart of the Saint-Martin nature reserve. It's like being at the end of the world. There are two waterfront restaurants offering all the services of a private beach. They will delight you with Caribbean specialities, local fish and lobster caught daily.

We'll stop off at Creole Rock in the heart of the nature reserve, where you can snorkelling and admire the multitude of fish. Located in the north-west of the island, this former fishing village between the sea and Saint-Martin's largest saltworks has preserved all its authenticity, including its ancient architecture.

We'll go and admire the superb Happy Bay beach. If you dream of a secluded, intimate and authentic beach, Happy Bay is the paradise for you. It's one of the most beautiful beaches among the island's thirty-seven idyllic jewels.

We pass the sandy beach of Baie Rouge. The beach takes its name from the fiery hue of the sand at sunset. Bordered on the east by majestic ochre cliffs flanked at the top by beautiful villas, Baie Rouge is undoubtedly one of the island's prettiest and most popular beaches. It's always a popular meeting place for St. Martin locals, and Baie Rouge is a popular weekend destination for families.
