Guests check in at the spa reception, complete a brief health form, and sign a liability waiver. They are then guided to the locker rooms to store their belongings and change into their swimming suits, and wait in the lounge until a staff member escorts them to the indoor pool area. At the pool area, the ritual is explained and guests enter the water, get comfortable on a floating ring, and enjoy the sound ritual. The session includes a guided sound meditation (60 minutes) using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, shamanic drum, and seed percussion to support deep relaxation. After the ritual, guests are invited to enjoy the hydrotherapy area, including the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool, followed by time to rest, shower, and change. IMPORTANT NOTES 1) Please bring a swimming suit, as all activities in this experience require wearing one. 2) Guests who are pregnant are not advised to use the hydrotherapy circuit. However, they are welcome to enjoy the floating sound healing ritual and access the relaxation loungers. 3) This experience is for adults only (18+).
