We conclude our ultimate food tour at the undisputed home of Porto’s most famous sandwich: the Bifana. Enjoy tender, thinly sliced pork that has been slow-simmered in a secret, fiery, deeply flavourful beer and piri-piri sauce, served in a soft, fresh bread roll—typically eaten in a traditional tasca.

A quaint little street where we will step back in time as we visit a centennial Traditional supermarket. Surrounded by historic wooden shelves, aromatic bacalhau (codfish), and local hanging cured meats, you will participate in an authentic tasting experience. We will sample a premium selection of regional Portuguese cheeses, enchidos (cured meats), and fine local wines that showcase the rich agricultural heritage of northern Portugal.
