Guests will be given a rare behind-the-scenes private tour of the most sought-after rehearsal studio complex, Open Jar Studios, and get a sneak peek of what it takes to write, develop, and produce the next hit stage musical. Guests will hear “insider” stories from theatre industry professionals who will give you direct insight into the process of how new shows are created. Guests on this private experience will view rare theatrical artefacts, including original re-writes from a musical, a set model for a show coming to the Great White Way, original audition materials, the stage manager's calling script, and a deep dive into how technology has improved the ability to document staging and movement in rehearsals. Plus, guests might have the possibility of peeking inside actual rehearsal rooms used by your favourite shows (due to the nature of these working studios, we cannot guarantee any specific studio will be seen during this experience).
