In his boutique distillery in Baden near Vienna, the brandy sommelier Simon Alber creates distillates in very small quantities according to old traditions. His gin creations were voted “Austria's Best Classic Gin” at the World Gin Awards in London and rated 94 points by the gourmet magazine Falstaff. In small groups of 4-8 people, he provides exclusive insights, starting with the production and extending to the correct tasting of the spirit.
