Day 1: Kathmandu – Pokhara (By road or flight)
Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara (6–7 hrs by road or 25-min flight). Enjoy a leisurely evening by Phewa Lake, trek briefing, and cultural activities at Lakeside. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 2: Pokhara – Kande – Pothana Trek (Approx. 4–5 hrs)
Drive to Kande and begin trekking through rhododendron forests and terraced fields. Reach Pothana, offering stunning views of Machapuchare and Annapurna South. Overnight in a local teahouse.

Day 3: Pothana – Forest Camp (Approx. 5–6 hrs)
Continue through lush bamboo and rhododendron forests. Enjoy peaceful mountain scenery and small village interactions along the trail. Overnight at Forest Camp.

Day 4: Forest Camp – High Camp (Approx. 4–5 hrs)
Ascend to High Camp (3,600 m), with spectacular views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machapuchare. Evening at leisure to rest and prepare for sunrise hike.

Day 5: High Camp – Mardi Himal Base Camp – High Camp (Approx. 5–6 hrs)
Early morning trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500 m) for a breathtaking sunrise. Enjoy panoramic Himalayan views and photography opportunities. Descend back to High Camp for overnight.

Day 6: High Camp – Siding Village (Approx. 5–6 hrs)
Descend to Siding Village, a traditional Gurung settlement. Engage in cultural activities, try local foods, and experience authentic village life. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 7: Siding Village – Pokhara (Approx. 5 hrs)
Trek down to Lumre, then drive back to Pokhara. Enjoy a farewell lunch and optional evening boat ride on Phewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 8: Pokhara – Kathmandu (By road or flight)
Return to Kathmandu, completing your Mardi Himal adventure. Optionally explore the city or rest before departure.
