Learn the fundamentals of proper breathing and swimming techniques to safely enable you to experience calm and relaxation while diving past 5 metres depth.

This course begins with a 1-hour theory and static training session at the serene Casa Altum, followed by a transition to our boat, the Sick Love, where we will voyage out from Flamingo Bay to an ideal dive site for a 2-hour open water diving session. All required gear will be provided. This course is for anyone interested in learning to freedive, no prior experience is required.
