Pineta Wine Experience – A journey through nature, people, and wines that look to the future

It's not just a wine tasting. It is an experience that tells the storey of the territory through its paths, the people who live there, and the wines that represent its evolution.

Accompanied by Gaia, we will set off on foot from the Pineta Nature Resort for a pleasant walk through the woods, meadows and vineyards of the Val di Non. Step by step, we will discover how, even in the mountains, wines capable of surprising can be created.

The first stop will be the Vin de la Neu vineyard, where we will learn how the climate, the soil, and the passion of the growers make each bunch of grapes unique. From here, we will enter the winery, a place full of stories, scents and traditions, where each bottle tells the storey of a project made of courage and innovation.

This will be followed by a tasting of two of the famous “Resistenti”, wines made from varieties that are naturally resistant to vine diseases. A taste that goes beyond the glass: a new way of producing wine, with fewer treatments, more respect for nature, and an eye to the future.

On the way back, we will make a stop at the Sicher Andrea farm, where Nicola has been overseeing the development of the wine project, to get an up-close look at another business that is contributing to the growth of mountain viticulture.

The experience will end at Il Pineta with the final tasting: “Le Alte”, our house wine. An elegant Johanniter created together with winemaker Nicola Biasi, a symbol of our idea of hospitality, land, and sustainability.
