When you arrive at the Domaine de Pratavone, located in the heart of the Ajaccio PDO, you'll be warmly welcomed by our team for an authentic immersion in the life of the estate.
We'll start with a presentation of the family history and our philosophy, deeply rooted in respect for the terroir and Corsican traditions.
You'll then discover our winemaking and ageing cellar, where we'll explain the different stages of creating our vintages: from harvest to bottling. You'll see the oak barrels, the stainless steel vats, and learn how the unique balance of our wines is born.
The tour continues in our tasting cellar, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of several vintages from the estate. Each wine will be presented in its context, with explanations of the grape varieties and possible pairings.
To enhance this experience, a small “nustrale” snack, made up of Corsican specialities, will accompany the tasting. A warm and friendly moment of sharing, which will immerse you in the soul of the Corsican terroir and leave you with an authentic memory of the Domaine de Pratavone.
