Choose the Party Pass or Premium Pass, then go to one of the shared shuttle points in Patong, where Paradise Beach shuttle buses operate every 30 minutes from 7:00 PM. The Party Pass includes event admission, return shuttle access from Patong, access to the stages and fire shows, and 1 drink set: choose 1 cocktail bucket or 2 beers, redeemable at the bar. The Premium Pass upgrades your night with priority admission, fast-track wristband exchange, shuttle access, 2 cocktail buckets or 4 beers, and a free party tank top, subject to availability.
The shuttle meeting points are Route A: Police Box on Bangla Road, beach side, Patong, and Route B: Patong Beach Viewpoint, next to Seaview Patong Hotel. Return shuttles operate back to Patong after the party. Shuttle seats are first-come, first-served and timings may vary due to traffic, queues, and operations, so arriving early is recommended.
If going directly, head to Paradise Beach Main Entrance, Ticket Counter, Patong, Phuket. Parking is limited, so shuttle or taxi travel is recommended. Please arrive 20–30 minutes early for check-in, security screening, wristband exchange, and drink coupon collection.
Only guests aged 18+ are allowed. A valid passport or government photo ID may be required for entry and drink redemption. Bring your mobile voucher, photo ID, cash or card, power bank, and comfortable footwear.
Food, extra drinks, lockers, towels, premium cocktails, hotel pickup outside shuttle points, tips, and personal expenses are not included unless stated in your package. Outside food or drinks, glass, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, and professional photography without permission are not allowed.
This outdoor beach event has loud music, strobe lights, smoke effects, sand, stairs, and uneven surfaces. It may not be suitable for pregnant travellers, guests with back or neck problems, light sensitivity, or guests needing wheelchair or stroller access. Lifeguards, medical support, and security are available on site, but guests should drink responsibly, stay hydrated, and follow staff instructions.
The event operates rain or shine, but shuttle timing and beach programming may be adjusted for safety, tide, traffic, or venue requirements. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the event start; no-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
