What you can expect

    Under the guidance of Chef Maricarmen, you’ll start by mastering the basics of fresh pasta dough using flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Once the dough reaches the perfect consistency, you’ll knead, roll and cut it into beautiful strands ready to be cooked to al dente perfection.
