Experience the best of Penang on a trishaw ride through Georgetown. See historical sites such as Kapitan Keling Mosque, St George’s Church, and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Then, stop at a hawker centre to try some of Penang's famous local food.

Start by taking an unhurried stroll on a trishaw around Georgetown through narrow lanes. Get a closer view of historical sites such as Kapitan Keling Mosque, St George’s Church, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Star Publication House, and Kuan Yin Teng Temple.

After your ride, stop at a hawker centre offering all of Penang’s famous fares. Find the best local food of Penang, such as Wantan Mee, Satay, Nasi Lemak, Indian cuisine, Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee, Chicken Rice, Char Kway Teow, and other international dishes.

Note: The Nine Emperor Gods Festival falls on 21-29 Oct 2025, is one of the most vibrant annual celebrations in George Town. This special edition includes a night visit to the Nine Emperor Gods Temple, followed by a food hunt through unique night markets around the temple. Roadside stalls are set up to serve local vegetarian dishes to devotees. Experience local street food transformed into vegetarian versions, specially prepared for the public during this 9-day traditional celebration. If you have luck, you may witness Gods ceremony or even festival float parade.
