Discover the authenticity of the Parma Hills with an immersive experience in a family-run artisan winery. The tour starts among the rows of the vineyard, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, where you can learn about the sustainable production techniques and respect for nature that characterise each phase of the process.

Accompanied by the winemakers, you'll visit the winery to discover how the wines are produced without clarification or filtration, letting time give them character and complexity. We'll continue our visit with a guided tasting of 5 wines obtained using the traditional Emilian method, accompanied by a light lunch based on local products, including Parma Ham PDO and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, bread and 0 km EVO oil. We'll end on a sweet note with a small dessert accompanied by a glass of our sparkling Moscato.

The tour offers a direct dialogue with the producers, to experience a genuine and authentic moment among vineyards and hills, in a strategic position between the Castle of Torrechiara and the Prosciutto Road.
