Nothing destined Matisse to paint. Yet his boldness has tipped many conventions. Given the apparent simplicity of portraits, silhouettes, or the confusing radicality of his paintings, how can we better understand the upheavals he has caused? During this guided tour, we will observe together what emerges from the works and I will bring elements on the approach.
