What you can expect

Start your tour at the public square known as the Plaza Mayor de Palma. Here you will see the Church of Santa Eulalia and the town hall. You will also have a chance to see other famous historical sites here such as the main theatre.

You will then visit the Cathedral of St. Mary of Palma (also known as La Seu). Here, you will note that the central nave stands 44 metres tall and is amongst the highest in all Gothic architectural style cathedrals. The construction of this Catalan Gothic style Cathedral began in 1229 but was finished only in 1601.

You will have a chance to visit the Royal Palace of La Almudaina which was the official residence of the King and Queen during their visit to Mallorca. This famous landmark dates back to the 14th century. Here you will see evergreen works of art which have withstood the test of time.

Next, You will see the Masterpiece known as the Llotja de Palma de Mallorca. The cultural monument displays spectacular architectural styles, especially the arches which are embedded directly in the walls.

Finally, If time permits, you will visit the museum known as Es Baluard. Here you will have a chance to see 700 different works of arts from various international artists and especially from the Balearic Islands.
