Overview

Discover the Passages of Paiva on a day trip from Porto. Admire the symbiosis between man-made construction and nature and see the world’s largest suspended bridge. Walk the wooden track in the heart of the Geopark of Arouca, classified as a UNESCO geological site.

Start your tour in the city of Porto and head to Passadiços do Paiva, where you will cross the suspended bridge in Arouca. The Arouca Bridge is 516 m long and 175 m high over the Paiva River.
Walk about 8 km, always accompanied by the sound of the waters of the Paiva River.
Along the way, enjoy breathtaking landscapes, see wildlife, waterfalls, river beaches and cross a suspended bridge over the river.
The lunch will be a typical Portuguese picnic, next to Praia do Vau, but we are attentive to the dietary specifications that customers may have.
After the tour, you can visit our store in the heart of Porto to discover and taste the wines of our partner farms.
