After check-in, meet the trainers and begin with a guided warm-up. Each technique is explained clearly, allowing first-timers to learn at a comfortable pace while experienced guests focus on control, timing, and technique. Coaches stay close to correct movement and help you train with confidence. Put your skills into action through pad work, heavy-bag drills, footwork, knees, elbows, and striking combinations. Group sessions bring extra motivation from training alongside other participants, while private classes give you more time to work on personal goals and areas for improvement. Train in professional facilities with a full-size boxing ring, 12 heavy bags, and a spacious padded floor used for drills, shadowboxing, and conditioning. Boxing gloves, hand wraps and shin guards are available to rent. Finish with a cool-down and leave with new skills, a rewarding workout, and a closer connection to Thai culture. The activity ends at the camp, around a 10-minute walk from central Pai, so you can return to your accommodation or continue exploring independently.
