We’ll start with a visit to Algirós Market, where you’ll interact with vendors and discover a side of Valencia most visitors never see.

Then we’ll walk to my kitchen, where homemade tapas, sangria, music and a relaxed atmosphere will be waiting for you.

I’ll show you my signature move: flipping the Spanish tortilla in the air!

Together, we'll cook my award-winning paella completely from scratch, finishing it with the Valencian “socarrat” — the crispy caramelised rice at the bottom of the pan.

I was born and raised in Valencia, trained at a Michelin-starred culinary school, and have more than 8 years of experience in restaurants and hotels.

Since 2020, I’ve hosted more than 600 paella workshops for top companies, and in 2025 I was awarded “Best Paella in Valencia” at the International Paella Competition.

But most importantly, paella has been part of my life since childhood… almost every Sunday!
