The best introduction to paddleboarding!

Under the expert guidance of our professional, qualified instructors, our Introduction to Paddleboarding session is the perfect way for complete novices, or those with a little experience, to paddleboard safely and progress fast.

During this session we will make sure that you have all the knowledge you need to be safe and comfortable. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to manoeuvre your board effectively, learn new skills and have loads of fun along the way.
If it 'floats your boat' we can play games, which is a fantastic way to practice your skills (while competing with yourself and everyone else in your group), or we can focus on skills, or aim to journey as much as possible.

As always this session is tailored to you.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum ages for this session is 5 years old. Children 7 or under must share a board with an adult. Depending on the weather conditions on the day, children older than 7 may need to share a board with an adult.

Coniston (CONISTON BOATING CENTRE) - Public toilets, cafe, beach
