Continue behind the scenes at Sociedad Cooperativa Virgen de la Oliva, an active local producer. Explore the olive mill, bottling areas and traditional cement-tank hall, and taste wine directly from a cement tank when production allows. Finish with 5 local wines and 3 organic olive oils, accompanied by an individual tapas pairing tray and shared Spanish tortilla.
