Overview

Step into an apartment hidden in the heart of Palma’s historic quarter, where up to six people can book an intimate trip to the world of extra virgin olive oil. This is not a simple tasting — it is a carefully curated experience across the Mediterranean, guided by craftsmanship, terroir and the silent luxury of time.

Each session is deliberately kept small and can be arranged according to the desired level of privacy — either by sharing in a small group or by booking a completely private environment.

Each tasting is accompanied by carefully selected organic products to show how each variety of EVOO can transform and complement different foods, helping visitors discover their real gastronomic applications. Beyond a tasting, Olea Club offers an educational and sensory dining experience that connects culture, territory and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. The experience consists of two tastings: FIRST TASTING · A SENSORY JOURNEY THROUGH THE MEDITERRANEAN Follow the path of the Arbequina variety through its ancestral Mediterranean territory SECOND TASTING · THE SOUL OF MALLORCA IN EVERY DROP An exploration of the island’s indigenous olive varieties, paired with carefully selected organic ingredients — local, seasonal.
