You'll learn new cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. I was fortunate enough to grow up among the best cooks, my grandmother and my mother. Let the food be our language. I will introduce you how the ingredients can be made at home. In the past times people didn't have many ingredients and used their skills to make the best possible meal. The most important thing in Macedonian cuisine is that the dishes are made from only a few ingredients and you must use your imagination to make the testiest dish from the available products.
Vegetarians are welcomed.

You will have an opportunity to put your hands into the flour and prepare the specialities named burek and komat, by kneading the dough. The class is completely hands-on and begins with the introduction of the ingredients over a glass of coffee or wine.
