- The tour schedule may change without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, & other unforeseen reasons. (There might be delays in returning to the designated location.)
- Infant under 3 is free of charge without seat. If a seat is required, pls book with child`s price.
- Please be there at the meeting point 10min prior. We don`t accommodate delays, late arrival/arrival at the wrong location or wait for any reason. The tour will depart on time (no exception) as scheduled to respect all customers' time
- If confused about meeting point, message us 1 day beforehand for more details.
- In case of late arrival/arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to departure time, refunds may not be granted.
- We may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (MON-SAT).
- Note: When bus delays by unexpected situations such as traffic jams, please note that sojourn time at sightseeing spot is adjusted.
- As for the arrival, bus, return use the Shinkansen from Odawara Station to Shinagawa Station or Tokyo Station.
- In the case of suspension, in the Mount Fuji fifth stage, Fuji Subaru Line is changed in Mount Fuji world heritage centre arrival.
- We can pass until from the end of April to November in usual, but days when we cannot pass because of the snow, icy roads increase for the winter season (from December to the beginning of April). Thank you for your understanding.
- You may not see Mount Fuji by weather.
- When Cruise and cable car cannot go on board by road congestion and other sightseeing circumstances in the case of suspension, we will show around other sightseeing spots by the situation of the day, but cannot refund the verge.
- The Shinkansen unreserved seat cannot take big baggage more than 160 cm in length, side, height.
- Venue may change depending on status of meal.
- Content of dishes may be replaced by the stocking situation, season.
