After a scenic 1.5-hour transfer into the Sierra Norte mountains, you’ll fuel up with a hearty local breakfast at Cuajimiloyas village with overlooking endless pine forests and rugged ridgelines — the perfect warm-up before the ride begins.

Then we roll.

Pedal along dirt roads and forest tracks weaving through towering agaves as we make our way towards the mountain village of Benito Juárez. Feeling strong? Take on the optional climb to the highest suspension bridge in Oaxaca, where sweeping views of the Valles Centrales reward your effort. It’s a true highlight and a perfect photo moment.

From there, gravity takes over.
