What you can expect

Discover Oaxaca through its culture, crafts, and cuisine on this walking tour of the city centre. Starting at the main square (Zócalo), we’ll visit historic sites, then explore two iconic markets—Benito Juarez and 20 de Noviembre—sampling local foods, drinks, and learning about chocolate and mezcal.

Next, enjoy a peaceful walk through the Ethnobotanical Garden, home to unique regional plants and great photo spots.

We’ll then stop for a light lunch at La Cosecha Market, featuring traditional foods from across the region. Finally, visit the stunning Santo Domingo church and the Textile Museum, highlighting Oaxaca’s rich textile tradition.
