Discover the north side of Mount Etna in a unique experience among volcanic landscapes, off-road vehicles and spectacular panoramic views. The tour starts from Piano Provenzana and, aboard special 4x4 vehicles with a volcanological guide, follows a mountain path up to an altitude of 2900 metres, right at the foot of the summit craters.

From here, you can admire the Lion Valley, the Bove Valley, and the majestic North East and South East craters, taking advantage of a stop for memorable photos and to listen to the guide's interesting facts and answers. After the stop, you'll descend by 4x4 to about 2,100 metres for a short walk (about 20 minutes) on the edge of one of the craters formed during the 2002 eruption, with evocative views of the surrounding environment.

The excursion ends with the return to Piano Provenzana aboard the comfortable 4x4 vehicles. You'll be accompanied from start to finish by authorised volcanological guides, so you can experience the best of Etna safely and with accurate information.
