09:00–12:00 After getting off the cable car, begin your hike to visit White Goose Peak, Beginning-to-Believe Peak, and Black Tiger Pine. Along the way, enjoy Huangshan’s lush pine trees, unusual rock formations, and rugged cliffs, and take in the distinctive mountain scenery of Huangshan. 12:00–13:00 Enjoy lunch on the mountain at your own expense. You can bring sandwiches or other light food with you, or have lunch at a hotel on the mountain. 13:00–15:00 After lunch, continue hiking to Lion Peak, where you can see pine trees in various shapes and unusual rock formations. You will then hike downhill, passing A Monkey Gaping at the Sea, Pen Rack Peak, and Flower Grown out of a Writing Brush Rock. The “sea” in “A Monkey Gaping at the Sea” refers to Huangshan’s famous Sea of Clouds, which can only be seen when weather conditions are favourable. 15:00–17:00 After the hike, return to Yungu Cable Car and take the Cable Car down the mountain. We will take you back to your hotel.

Shixin Peak (Beginning-to-Believe Peak) is one of the highlights of the route. The peak is surrounded by unusual rocks, steep cliffs, and distinctive Huangshan pine trees. As you stand among these dramatic landscapes, you may begin to understand why the beauty of Huangshan is often described as almost too extraordinary to believe.

The trail then passes Bi Sheng Hua (Flower Grown out of a Writing Brush Rock), another famous Huangshan rock formation. A pine tree grows from the top of a slender rock, creating an image reminiscent of a flower growing from a traditional Chinese writing brush.
