In a secret spot just seconds away from Mikri Vigla beach, in between the cedar trees and the unique rocky scenery you will experience a wellness session created out of my love for movement. A synergy of different practices brought together connecting breath and movement to improve mobility and bring balance between body & mind. If you feel like our session could be continued by a workshop based on Face Gua sha using simple tools and organic oils out of Naxian herbs, for a natural face lift and radiant glowing skin.
