Enjoy Oktoberfest the way it should be experienced: with a guaranteed reserved table inside one of Munich’s famous festival tents, a local host to guide you, and none of the usual stress of finding a seat on your own.

You will meet your host before entering the festival and start with a short welcome and group introduction. This gives everyone the chance to get comfortable, meet fellow travellers, and begin the experience in a relaxed and social way from the very start.

Before heading inside, your host will share useful tips about Oktoberfest traditions, tent culture, ordering, seating, and how to make the most of your time at the festival. This makes the experience especially valuable for first-time visitors who want to enjoy Oktoberfest without confusion or uncertainty.

Once the group is ready, you will enter together and head to your reserved table inside in the festival grounds. This is the real highlight of the experience: while many visitors spend hours searching for seats, your place is already secured.

At your reserved table inside the tent, you will receive 1 litre of beer (Maß) and a food voucher with flexible value, allowing you to choose from a range of traditional Bavarian dishes or additional drinks based on your preferences. This means you can settle in and start enjoying the Oktoberfest atmosphere right away, without any or additional planning.

Your host will stay with the group during the main part of the experience (you can stay at least three hours on the table or longer depending on tent's policies), providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can fully relax and enjoy the moment. During the experience, your host will also take group photos so you can capture and remember your time at Oktoberfest. You will also receive a small souvenir as a memory of your visit.

Your reserved lunch table will be located in one of Munich’s iconic Oktoberfest tents, depending on the selected date, such as Schottenhamel, Hofbräu-Festzelt, Paulaner Bräurosl, Ochsenbraterei, Hacker-Festzelt, Löwenbräu-Festzelt, or Schützen-Festzelt.

Selected evening experiences take place at Schützenlisl in Oide Wiesn, Oktoberfest’s traditional area, known for its authentic Bavarian atmosphere and live music.
