Head to the quiet village of Serongga at the base of Mount Batur. After arriving, wander around the town, meet the locals, and enjoy amazing views of the mountain.
As the sun sets, help your guide grill some fish and prepare a Balinese dinner. After dinner, relax by a warm campfire before heading to bed.

Feel and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you wake up to chase the sunrise. Begin your hike at around 4 A.M., after a short introduction and safety briefing from your guide.
After a 1.5-hour trek to the highest volcanic crater in Bali, relax and marvel at the beautiful views of the sunrise and surrounding landscape. Before hiking back down, enjoy some free time to walk around the volcano's crater and cross a hill of lava and black sand.
