What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Prices include VAT.
- Children aged 0–7 may enter free of charge (one child per adult).
- Free-entry children will have a transport seat but no show seat; they must sit on a parent’s lap.
- Free-entry children can join all activities and enjoy the buffet, but will not receive a sky lantern.
- Children must be accompanied by and seated with a parent at all times.
- The event schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
- Guests must exchange their voucher for an event badge at the venue before entry.
