What you can expect

Join an award-winning food writer (Travel+Leisure, Food+Wine, Slow Food) and Michelin Star-trained Chef for a hybrid cooking class and 4-course tasting menu. Each course will tell the savoury storey of a different Montreal food culture - Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or Quebecois. But this is not your normal follow-a-menu affair…each guest will collaborate on one course, learning the professional techniques behind creating a balanced and beautiful - for example, searing, pan-roasting, oven poaching and plating. Guests may add a matching 4-glass matching tasting of artisanal wineries (and some superb craft beer) or a non-alcoholic cocktail and rare/vintage tea tasting as an option. Private and corporate options available on request.
