Your experience will begin at the diving centre, where you will meet your certified instructor and attend a simple theory lesson on how the gear works, the safety rules, and the basic techniques for breathing and moving underwater. After putting on your gear, you will gradually enter the water to become familiar with the environment and gain confidence.

Once you are ready, the dive will begin under the supervision of a qualified instructor, who will follow you step by step.
The maximum ratio is 1 instructor for every 4 people.
You will explore the seabed of the Gulf of Squillace, getting up close to fish, starfish, octopuses and other organisms that inhabit the Ionian Sea, experiencing the unique thrill of breathing underwater in complete safety.

At the end of the dive, you will return to the diving centre to share the experience with the rest of the group and receive a souvenir of an unforgettable day.

The activity is designed for those who have never dived before: you don't need a diving licence, and all the necessary gear is included.
