What you can expect

  • Paradiso di Cacuci is a winery located in a small “corner of Paradise” in the northwestern area of Montalcino.

Experience the authentic essence of Tuscany through an exclusive private wine and food journey in the heart of Montalcino. Begin with a guided tour of our vineyards and ageing cellar, where expert sommeliers will introduce you to the traditions, craftsmanship and passion behind Brunello di Montalcino.

Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of 6 premium Tuscan wines, including Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Brunello Riserva and Super Tuscan selections. Guests will taste both younger Brunello vintages aged under 7 years and well-aged Brunello selections matured for over 7 years, discovering how time transforms Sangiovese into one of Italy’s most celebrated wines through elegance, complexity and depth.

The experience is perfectly paired with a traditional Tuscan lunch featuring local specialities, including pecorino cheese, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan cold cuts and fresh handmade pinci pasta served with traditional Tuscan ragù, followed by a typical Tuscan dessert.

Set among the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, this immersive experience combines exceptional wines, authentic flavours and the warm atmosphere of a true Montalcino winery, creating an unforgettable journey for wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
