During the tour, you will learn about the processing, maturing and ageing methods handed down through generations in the Paltrinieri family. The visit concludes in the vinegar producer's shop, where you can taste the various vinegars, condiments, glazes and other artisanal products from a spoon, and buy them directly from the producer.
