You will be guided around all the family shops to discover and learn more about the food excellences of Emilia. Stop at a family Parmigiano shop to taste it in 3 different ages with Balsamic Vinegar; next, learn all the secrets about the famous "Cherry of Modena," listening to the farmer and then tasting it together with jams/honey, all homemade. Have a short break: enter the Dom, walk around the Ghirlandina, the tower symbol of Modena, and around the Unesco Heritage Piazza Grande, the main Square. Return to the Market and enjoy a delicious tasting of cured meats with fresh bread and a glass of Lambrusco or Pignoletto!
