Start your day with hotel pickup directly at the boat departure point. Your local captain and guide will welcome you, explain the plan for the day, and make sure you are comfortable before we head out towards Mnemba Atoll.
Look for wild dolphins
Our first stop is the open water around Mnemba, where we look for wild dolphins. Your captain and guide will keep an eye on the water and follow the dolphins when they are nearby, while respecting local wildlife guidelines.
If dolphins come close and the sea conditions are safe, you may have the opportunity to enter the water and watch them from a respectful distance. We always put your safety and the wellbeing of the animals first.
Snorkel around Mnemba Atoll
After the dolphin experience, we continue to a suitable snorkelling spot around Mnemba Atoll. Your guide will help you with your mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket before you enter the water.
Take your time exploring the reef and looking for colourful fish, coral, rays, sea turtles, and other marine life. If you are new to snorkelling, your guide will be nearby to help you and make you feel comfortable. More experienced swimmers can explore at their own pace while the guide points out interesting marine life.
Relax on a white-sand sandbank
When the tide and sea conditions allow, we continue to a nearby white-sand sandbank.
Take a swim in the shallow water, relax on the sand, take some photos, or simply enjoy the views. It is a good chance to slow down and enjoy some quiet time on the Indian Ocean.
Fresh tropical fruit and water
Before heading back, enjoy some fresh seasonal fruit such as mango, pineapple, or watermelon, together with chilled bottled water.
Return to shore
After the sandbank stop, we head back by boat to the departure point, your driver will then take you back to your accommodation.
