If you want to enjoy a trek on Cerro de la Mitras, you can have this great experience in the western part of Monterrey. We'll start on a steady trail with no major difficulties. Along the way, we'll enjoy diverse vegetation until we reach an area we call the stone bed. From there, we'll continue on a steeper trail until we reach the so-called bike pass, where we'll take in views of the city. Once we're close to our end location, Las Minas, we'll have the chance to visit the cave known as La Voladora. We'll enter the mine with the help of a lamp to explore it, and we'll also visit the mine known as La Mina del Ahorcado. After enjoying all these formations, our descent will begin.
